• Submit an enquiry or book a diagnostic consultation call.
• Complete the SME Health Survey to receive an internal assessment.
• Access general educational and informational content.

Submission of a booking form or survey does not constitute a binding service contract. Formal engagements are governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.

This Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older acting on behalf of a business entity. By using this Site, you represent that you have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you submit information.

You agree not to use this Site to:

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
